DELIVERY METHOD AND TIMESCALE:
COURIER
We deliver products to your door everywhere in UK, i.e. England, Scotland and Wales.
- Orders Monday to Thursday midday are dispatched to the courier the same or next day, delivered the following 1-2 working days.
- Orders after Thursday midday as well as on Friday, Saturday, Sunday will be dispatched to the courier on Monday and will be delivered to you on Tuesday or Wednesday.
- Orders placed 2 days before Holidays or Bank Holidays will be dispatched to the courier next working day and will be delivered to you the following 1 or 2 days. If The Holiday or Bank Holiday is a day following a weekend then you have to count these days too.
This is because Courier offices are closed on weekends, Holidays and Bank Holidays.

What is your return policy?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 14 days of delivery for full priced items, and within 7 days of delivery for sale or discounted items. Proof of purchase must be provided for us to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please ensure that you return the goods to us intact and in their original packaging.

The packing team at the Marios Mediterranean Foods Ltd personally pack and dispatch all items purchased from the store. This usually ensures that your order will arrive in optimum condition. If you do have a problem, please contact us via email attaching images of the issue so that we can resolve the problem to your complete satisfaction.
